Why do I need to fill out the questionnaire?
Alane needs as much information about you and your
health concerns to make accurate conclusions to the results.

Yes, only Alane will see your questionnaire and your results.
Is it safe to mail you my credit card information?
Yes, I will charge the card and then shred the information. Your credit card information will not be kept on file without your approval.
What if I don't know if I have enough hair in the baggie?
It is better to send too much than too little.
Can I get my money back?
Only if the hair hasn't been sent to the lab yet.
Can you diagnose with a hair analysis?
No. The hair analysis is a guide to help you understand your
symptoms. It will tell you which nutrient deficiencies you have that may be contributing
to your symptoms and which toxic metals may be causing you harm.
Should I wash my hair before the test?
Yes, but do not use hair spray or styling products
